We’ve got build-your-own Taco Bars, sizzling Fajita Bars, all made fresh with the flavors Appleton knows and loves.

Please note, wedding catering requests require at least 30 days advance notice, and a deposit is required to reserve your date.

Wedding tastings are available Monday through Wednesday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM and typically last about one hour.

The purpose of the tasting is to sample menu options and walk through the overall vision of your wedding day.

During the tasting, we review event details including setup and takedown, how we accommodate dietary restrictions, and photos and videos from previous weddings to help you visualize the event setup.

One of the biggest benefits of reserving your date with us is flexibility. You do not need to finalize your menu or guest count at the tasting. We understand plans evolve, and we allow plenty of time for adjustments leading up to your wedding day.

Yes, serving utensils are included with all catered delivery orders. For pick-up orders, there is a $5 charge if you’d like us to provide utensils for pick-up orders.

It is recommended to book your wedding catering at least 4-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

Can we schedule a tasting before confirming a catering for a wedding?
